Self Service with Break-Glass
Quantum Medical Imaging has enabled the Break-Glass feature within Quantum Medical Imaging Connect and Inteleviewer. This allows you to access your patient’s studies on those occasions when you weren’t the originating referrer.
How to use Break-Glass:
- Click on padlock icon to access break glass
- Accept the terms of confidentiality agreement
- Enter the patients ID or patient name and DOB
- Click ‘check patient’
- Access patient studies
- Select the visit you wish to view
